The Beeman Park neighborhood is located in what is often referred to as the "Flat's" of Studio City. The neighborhood boundaries are Whitsett Ave on the east, Coldwater Canyon Ave on the west, the 101 Freeway & Tujunga Wash to the north and Moorpark St and the LA River along the south.

Beeman Park is made up of single family homes and a mix of condos and commercial buildings on the outer main streets.

The Studio City Recreation Center also known as Beeman Park is one of the big highlights of this neighborhood. There is a Par 3 pitch and putt golf course, driving range and 16 tennis courts.
