The Bellegrove, built in 1958, is an iconic Pasadena building designed by Harold J. Bissner Jr. This Mid Century gem has also been designated a Mills Act Building.

The Bellegrove offers 15 units, available in two bedroom layouts, ranging between 1,450 square feet up to over 2,600 square feet. They feature formal entry, spacious living rooms with fireplace and wet bar, formal dining room, large scale windows, atriums, private patios and kitchens with breakfast area. Many of the units have been upgraded in a variety of styles with designer finishes and in-unit laundry.
