Little Holmby was conceived in the 1920′s and features a variety of both traditional revival and mid century style homes. Famous architects include Paul Williams and Richard Neutra. Current and former Little Holmby residents include actors, musicians and billionaire industrialists and entrepreneurs.

Little Holmby residents enjoy wide sidewalks, quiet streets and one of Los Angeles’s best parks, Holmby Park. Little Holmby is bordered by some of Los Angeles' best-known streets and districts. Its boundaries are roughly considered to be Lindbrook Drive to the south, Sunset Boulevard to the north, Beverly Glen Boulevard to the east and UCLA to the west.
