Paradise Cove is situated on the western end of the Malibu about seven miles past the Malibu Pier Paradise Cove Road veers shoreward into one of Malibu’s most colorful and storied neighborhoods.
At the mouth of Ramirez Canyon previously owned by the Rindge family and in the 1960s, the area was developed into a mobile-home vacation rental destination. In the 1970s, it was sold and expanded and today is home to 276 mobile homes, some with ocean views and prices well into the millions.
A favorite address among entertainment industry celebs, the Cove has manicured streets, tennis courts, clubhouse, plenty of trees, and the Paradise Cove Beach Cafe, open daily. There are also a number of very large beach or bluff estates along the shore just south of the Paradise Cove pier. Many have tennis courts, pools, and unusually large lots.
The Paradise Cove community is situated close to many of the city's best schools, shopping centers, and restaurants. It is also just a short drive from many of the area's popular beaches and recreational areas, such as Surfrider Beach, Malibu Lagoon State Beach, and Zuma Beach.
