Lafayette Court, built in 1989, is a French Normandy style building at the cross sections of Sawtelle, Brentwood and Santa Monica. Centrally located to UCLA, Westwood, Century City and Beverly Hills.

Lafayette Court offers 16 units on 3 floors with single level and multi-level two and three bedroom layouts ranging from 1,200 square feet up to 1,600 square feet. They feature fireplaces in the living rooms, gourmet kitchens with breakfast bar, in-unit laundry and private patios. The penthouse residences boast ceilings up to 16 feet and loft area.
